This is a great alternative for landlords where FEMA will pay the lease for 12-24 months. FEMA subcontractor Lima Charlie Inc. promises that they can get you housing a displaced family in 1-3 weeks. FEMA chooses the family that you house.

Why we’re here.

Over 10,000 residents lost their homes in the Maui wildfires of August 2023.

We built this platform after seeing that our neighbors needed an efficient way to connect with each other, as landlords and renters.

By collecting our community’s housing requests in one place, we can share important statistics to inform decision making and empower data-driven solutions to our housing problem.
